JiLiang is professional in project management, he has 23 years of experience in project management, he handled large scale public buildings projects up to more than ten thousand square meters. He is a qualified class one chartered builder, and also PMP and LEED AP certified. He led the project management team for Microsoft, GE, ANZ Bank projects as well as other renowned projects.
